The TextTransformer components, including the source code, are free software. There is a free version of the TextTransformer program. The commercial standard version of the TextTransformer program can be tested for 30 days. The professional version of the TextTransformer program produces C++ source code from projects which can be used in a CBuilder program independently from the TextTransformer components.
